Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that order verification or additional compliance checks may add time to processing. We will notify you if your order requires extended processing. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination, product type, and availability. Standard shipping typically delivers in 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for 2–3 business day delivery where offered. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping rates vary by destination and weight; the exact cost will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply for temperature-sensitive or cold-chain shipments.
Temperature-Sensitive & Cold-Chain Shipping
Peptides and other temperature-sensitive products are shipped with gel packs or dry ice as required to maintain stability during transit. A cold-ship surcharge may apply to cover the cost of specialized packaging and handling. Products must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt per the storage instructions provided.
Packaging
External packaging is discreet; no product names or branding are visible on the outside of the box. Inner packaging is designed to ensure product stability and integrity during transit. All materials comply with carrier requirements and applicable regulations.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the continental United States only for Version 1 of our platform. Alaska and Hawaii may have additional restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use and destination comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
International Shipping
International shipping is coming soon. When available, customers are solely responsible for complying with all import regulations, customs requirements, and applicable laws in their country. We do not guarantee that any product may be legally imported into your jurisdiction.
Restricted Regions
We do not ship to certain US states where our payment processor (MoonPay) is unavailable due to regulatory restrictions. These states include New York (NY), Hawaii (HI), Louisiana (LA), Rhode Island (RI), and Texas (TX). For more information on why these restrictions apply, see our FAQ.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Signature may be required for delivery at our discretion or by carrier policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Report lost or damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for lost packages). Photo documentation of damage is required. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may offer replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims filed after 48 hours may not be honored.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery, return to sender, or additional fees. Re-shipping fees apply if we must resend an order due to an address error on your part.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make one or more delivery attempts per their policy. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be held at a local facility for pickup or returned to sender. We are not responsible for packages returned due to failed delivery attempts. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Holiday & Peak Periods
During holidays and peak periods, processing and delivery times may be extended. We encourage you to order early if you need your products by a specific date. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
