All products sold by Origen are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, food use, cosmetic use, or any other unauthorized purpose. By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that all products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Assumption of Risk

You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of products purchased from Origen. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized application, or failure to comply with applicable laws or safety protocols. Research chemicals and peptides require specialized knowledge and appropriate facilities; use at your own risk.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make purchases. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request verification of age at our discretion.

5. Account Terms

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to our platform or other users.

6. Ordering and Payment

6.1 Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, regulatory compliance, or restricted shipping destinations.

6.2 Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and cryptocurrency through our payment processors. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge the full amount of your order at the time of purchase.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary by destination and method. We ship to verified addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address complies with local regulations regarding the import of research chemicals. Delays due to customs or regulatory review are beyond our control. 8. Restricted Regions

We do not ship to certain countries or regions where the import, possession, or use of our products is prohibited or restricted by law. Additionally, we cannot process orders to certain US states where our payment processor is unavailable. It is your responsibility to ensure that your intended use and destination comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with such laws.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with documentation. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. All content on the Origen website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Origen or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products in question. We provide products "as is" and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except as required by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may bring claims only in your individual capacity.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
